PM Cast: Tenant Eviction Court and New Homes Inspected — My Busy Day as a Property Manager

Welcome to a full day in the life of a Property Manager — and it’s a wild one.

Here’s what’s on the agenda today:
1️⃣ Court Time: I’m taking a tenant back to court… again. Last time, I gave her a second chance and let her pay up to stay. But she’s behind on rent once more — this time, it’s final. No more leniency. She’s leaving for good.

2️⃣ Home Re-Photo: Next stop — a property where the homeowners just moved out. I’m re-taking the listing photos to show future tenants the full size, layout, and value of the space. Renting is about lifestyle and comfort, not curb-appeal sales staging.

3️⃣ New Client Assessment: Then, I’m checking out a potential new home for management. No signed contract yet, but I’m giving the owner my professional assessment. It needs some work, but it’s got serious potential.

4️⃣ Eviction Turnover Check: Finally, I visit a recently evicted property. Maintenance is complete, it’s cleaned, and turnover is done. I’m just emptying the dehumidifier and making sure the home’s sitting well before it’s re-listed.

👉 This is what real property management looks like — from courtrooms to clean-ups, juggling homeowners, tenants, vendors, and the law. It’s not glamorous, but it’s real, and it’s how we keep homeowners protected and properties profitable.

💡 If you’re a landlord, investor, or aspiring property manager — this is the inside look at what it truly takes to keep a portfolio running.
