Putin 2.0 is 100% correct, in the matrix only evil was rewarded so it is befitting that President Trump is not given such an award and I do believe he would never have accepted it...because it's all being exposed. Just look at the UK's bullshit Queen's Honours List, OBE's, MBE's, Knighthoods, how many pedophiles are there because many are getting knighthoods. In my opinion that in itself for any good innocent sane man to stay well clear of receiving such an "award", it's not an award, it's a mark that you've sold your soul and are owned by the establishment.
