Dad's Japanese Curry!

Curry recipe:
1/2 lbs pork chops
1 yellow onion
5-6 baby carrots / 1 large carrot
1 large potato / 2 medium potatoes
5-6 baby bellas
salt
black pepper
2 whole bay leaves
1 red apple
1 tsp honey
1 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups chicken/mushroom stock
3 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
S&B curry powder/ Dad's Curry powder recommended
1 1/2 cups Japanese rice
Nishiki/Kokuho Rose recommended

Dad's Curry recipe
1 tbsp turmeric
3 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ground fennel
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp cayenne
2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp garlic powder
