In this interview, John Kiriakou talks with Cory McTaggart, nephew of Kevin McTaggart, for whom he is seeking clemency.

McTaggert was a lieutenant and enforcer for Cleveland mob boss, Danny Greene, in the 1970s. He was eventually convicted on racketeering in 1983 for his involvement in a series of mob killings and trafficking large amounts of drugs. He is sentenced to life without parole and is being held in federal prison in Milan, Michigan.

McTaggert is joined by Rick Harnes, a retired Bureau of Prison official and supporter of Kevin, Adam Clausen, sentencing reform activist and former inmate, and John Bartolomeo, Prison Reform activist and former inmate.
