MODESTO POLICE REFUSING CORRUPTION COMPLAINT AFTER STAGED THIEF CALL!!

My daughter and I walked into the SaveMart Location in Modesto @ 801 Oakdale Rd, and went directly to the restroom before shopping, as we did the day before. An employee entered the restroom and seemed polite. We exited the restroom and began shopping. We went to the deli first, where we were served by the same employee that entered the restroom. Once finished in that area, we went throughout the store looking and shopping. We heard the manager over the intercom tell security to and ALL managers to come to the front of the store. We were not alarm, just thought they had something important to do. We finally finished our shopping (about 25 minutes later). Once we paid for our items, we headed to the front door and was approached by several managers and employees. The lead lady stated that I needed to pay for something. I assured her that I paid for ALL of my items. I was in disbelief as I have never stole anything. I started showing her what was in my bag and she said, just leave, you're free to go. I said no, and the other manager stated that she had called the Modesto Police and they were in route. I was EMBARRASSED. They tried to get me to leave but I refused because I wanted to wait for the police to clear my name and file a harassment complaint. The manager got on the phone and called the police again, stating that the thief had turned into a disturbance. This is unbelievable. All the while, NO employees bothered to tell me what I stole nor did they review the video footage. They stated that I put something in my bag in the restroom. However, we went directly to the restroom once we entered the building, without stopping or shopping. I need some answers!!!! When the Modesto Police arrived, they failed to view the video footage as, stating it is taking too long to upload and that the manager will send it to them via link. They went on to say that Save Mart has a right to stop people they believe have stolen something. They also, failed to take my counter complaint for harassment. No one viewed the video, the situation was not investigated but was onesided. I know I am being retaliated and set up by Modesto Police. They also had a behavior specialist onsite to examine me. This is a complete setup!!!! Modesto Police are seeking to take my life as they have attempted to kidnap me TWICE already. I walked away embarrassed, belittled and feeling threatened. They would NO provide any names of the employees, stating they it would be in the incident report. Now the Modesto Police Department are refusing to allow me to submit a corruption complaint.

10/10/2025 - Update: There was absolutely NO 911 call from SaveMart, it was a staged event. That is why they are REFUSING to allow me to file a complaint. The Sergeant never came out to take the complaint, and they deleted TWO of my online complaints. Instead, they want me to come into the office so they can harm me. AND OFFICER SANDERS FOLLOWED US ALL THEWAY TO THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN. HE DROVE BY VERY VIOLENTLY FIRST. AND THEN THE STALKED US IN OUR AREA AROUND 7:55 PM. HE IS VERY ANGRY THAT I AM ATTEMPTING TO FILE A COMPLAINT BECAUSE THE CALL WAS FALSE.
