$1000 STOLEN Lexus SC400 — Can I Bring It Back to Life?

I found an abandoned, stolen Lexus SC400 with the legendary V8 1UZ — for just $1000.
I bought it sight unseen, trusting Japanese reliability.
The previous owner didn’t bother restoring it because it’s expensive, and the car might have electrical issues.
Instead, he simply ordered another car from Japan.
