PASTORIZED / Coffee with PB

Dear Pastor Bob: Is it unbiblical for a pastor to be corrected by a member of the congregation? Some say that if one is truly called to be a pastor, then he will have perfect or a mostly perfect understanding of the Scriptures. Otherwise, God wouldn’t call such a person to be a shepherd over a flock. I have been to Churches where the pastor would invite members of the congregation to come to him after the service if he is found to be misinterpreting difficult passages of Scripture when delivering a sermon. Some say this is wrong and no one should attempt to correct or criticize a pastor unless they are on the same spiritual level as them. Is it wrong for a pastor to admit he may be struggling to understand certain passages of Scripture while giving a sermon? Do you have any thoughts on any of this?

Today's Scripture:
1 Peter 5:2
