How to help avoid IVDD in Weiner dogs

🪜 Use a ramp instead of letting them jump off furniture — it reduces a ton of wear and tear on their spines. The one Lily uses is linked in her Linktree.

🧘‍♀️ Do gentle stretching. It helps keep her back flexible and muscles balanced.

In this video, I walk Lily through my simple “weiner stretch” routine:
1️⃣ Tickles first (mandatory).
2️⃣ Stretch the weiner vertically — one hand under her front legs, the other supporting her hips. Gently stretch down.
3️⃣ Rotate the weiner side to side — slow, light twists in both directions.

And that’s it.

There you go — you’ve completely stretched your wiener. 🐾😎
