Skydance is Getting Ready to Buy Warner Bros and David Zaslav is OUT!

Paramount Skydance is getting ready to make a move on Warner Bros. as people close to the negotiations are leaking details. David Ellison apparently wants to buy the venerated studio prior to the upcoming split and do away with it's architect, CEO David Zaslav.

With Netflix appearing to drop out of the race and Amazon and Apple showing no immediate signs of interest, an eventual Skydance buyout of WB appears inevitable. Time will tell.
