Judge called me Batman
Batman, the name the judge called me when I pushed life a little too fast. This song tells my story — part #80sRock, part #SouthernHipHop — where loud guitars and echoing drums fade into heavy bass and steady rhythm. It’s about the streets that raised me, the mistakes that stuck, and the car that carried both pride and trouble. The #OldLTD still hums in my memory, a symbol of freedom and the weight that comes with it
It’s gritty, real, and a little haunted, but honest to the core. #JudgeCalledMeBatman #RapRockFusion #SouthernFlow #StreetStory #RebelTone #HauntingBeat #UndergroundVibe #AmericanGrit #IntoTheNight Yeah… the city lights don’t fade, they follow.
Old L.T.D. growlin’ under hollow moons,
Raised in the rust, taught by fumes.
Some stories never die — they just leave marks.
(Yeah… that’s when the trouble starts.)
[Chorus]
Judge called me Batman, said I flew too fast,
Courtroom laugh, but the charge still lasts.
Old L.T.D., rage in the lane,
Bumper got found but they lost my name.
They wrote me down, said I’d fade someday,
But the street ink stains don’t wash away.
Price I pay for a poor man’s fight,
Criminal heart still dreamin’ at night.
[Verse 1]
Old L.T.D., black steel, mean face,
V8 growl, no time, no grace.
Red light snap, saw the flash too late,
Next thing I know, I’m testin’ fate.
Detectives showed up, bumper in hand,
Said, “Son, we got you — ain’t life grand?”
Dad’s plate hangin’, busted pride,
But I played dumb, said the car got jacked that night.
[Chorus]
Judge called me Batman, said I flew too fast,
Courtroom laugh, but the charge still lasts.
Old L.T.D., rage in the lane,
Bumper got found but they lost my name.
[Verse 2 – Fast Flow / Krayzie-style]
I was slick, thought I’d beat that case,
Still see the smirk on the judge’s face.
Arrest sheet followed me like a ghost,
All for the kicks, not the cash or boast.
Little brother now runnin’ wild in the zone,
Committin’ crimes under my name alone.
Can’t even drive, don’t got a license still,
But I got these scars and a heart of steel.
Raised by the curb, baptized in sin,
Took no shit, gave plenty back then.
Now I see clearer, but I can’t escape,
The boy I was still seals my fate.
[Bridge]
Tried to fly straight, but the past don’t fade,
That L.T.D. ghost still haunts my shade.
From courtrooms cold to streets I claim,
Batman stuck in his own damn name.
[Final Chorus]
Judge called me Batman, said I flew too fast,
Courtroom laugh, but the pain still lasts.
Old L.T.D., rage in the lane,
Bumper got found but they lost my name.
Price I pay for a poor man’s fight,
Criminal soul still searchin’ for light.
Grew up hard, no halo in sight,
Still ridin’… into the night.
[Outro ]
Yeah… can’t erase what the streets made me,
They wrote my story, but they can’t cage me.
Born in trouble, raised in flame,
Batman’s curse — still my name.
