paranormal investigator, ghost hunter, demonologist, and founder of Burlington Ghost Walks and Tours, which he has operated for over two decades in Burlington, Ontario. With a background in radio and television broadcasting from Humber College, Cross has dedicated his career to exploring the supernatural, documenting ghostly evidence through photographs, electronic voice phenomena (EVPs), and investigations into hauntings, possessions, and demonic entities. His work has been featured in books like Brad Steiger's Real Ghosts, Restless Spirits and Haunted Places, as well as in magazines, newspapers, TV shows such as Haunted Case Files, Ghostly Encounters, and Ghost Trackers, and on radio programs including the X-Zone Radio Show. Cross also runs Discovery Ghosts and Burlington Ghost Researchers, where he captures and shares evidence of apparitions, orbs, and demonic presences, such as demons emerging from rock walls in Port Severn or ghostly figures in historic sites like St. Luke's Church and Burlington City Hall.bCross possesses a self-described "sixth sense" for detecting energies and auras, though he avoids profiting from personal readings to manage the intensity of his abilities.

Childhood and Growing Up in a
Cross's immersion in the paranormal began early in life, rooted in terrifying experiences while growing up in a haunted house in Rexdale, Ontario, which he describes as plagued by demonic and supernatural activity. The family home, purchased at a suspiciously low price, later revealed a dark history involving a murder. From childhood, Cross encountered whispery voices, unexplained footsteps, doors opening and closing on their own, dark shadowy entities, walls undulating like waves, and a perpetually freezing cold bedroom wall. More disturbing incidents included what appeared to be blood running down a wall and hands emerging from surfaces. His mother and younger brother also sensed or witnessed some phenomena, but his religious father dismissed them as the "house settling" or blamed Cross's interest in rock music for "conjuring the devil," creating a tense and negative home atmosphere amid parental conflicts.

A pivotal and chilling chapter in Cross's paranormal encounters involved a possessed white Flying V electric guitar, often referred to as the "Devil Guitar," which he acquired in 1995 from a music store in Oakville, Ontario. Manufactured in 1989, the guitar had a mysterious past, having survived a deadly bar fire in Michigan where one band member perished and everything else was destroyed. Cross felt an inexplicable draw to it, experiencing a tingling sensation upon touching it, and purchased it immediately. Initially, it performed exceptionally for dark, heavy rock songs with themes of death and destruction, such as Deep Purple's "Smoke on the Water" or his original track "Something Is Out There" about ghosts and evil entities.
