Five times the Kuranda Police stopped at Centenary Park yesterday. At least 3 arrests were made and the funny thing was that every time the Police left the scene the warwins would go straight down to the pub and buy more alcohol...
What the Kuranda Police did yesterday, they need to do EVERYDAY and more of ituntil these people get it into their thick skulls that the parks, gardens and open spaces of Kuranda are NOT their own private 24hour drinking/gathering places - get off our streets and out of our parks!
Take it home where it belongs - let your families put up with your shit, not the thousands of tourists who visit every year and the rest of us locals.
What a disgrace!
