You're about to see something we haven't seen in 20 years - the Police actually doing their jobs. We have repeatedly stated that the only way to bring these out of control people to some sort of account is for the Police to enforce the laws of this nation by doing regular drivebys and walk throughs ALL day EVERY day and pouring their drinks out.
All day yesterday these warwins were at it and after all this time the Kuranda Police finally stepped up. At least five times the Police pulled up at the children's playground yesterday and poured their drinks out. This resulted in them copping a heap of verbal abuse and resulted in at least three arrests.
Have a look at the bin in the playground.
It is so full of empty beer bottles and cans the Police had to gently put the empties on top.
