My Comments at RT: Ukraine blew up the Togliatti-Odessa Ammonia Pipeline

To slow the advance of Russian Armed Forces units in an area 2.5 km east of the village of Rusyn Yar in the Donetsk People's Republic, the Ukrainian Armed Forces mined a branch of the Togliatti-Odesa ammonia pipeline.
