Welcome back, everyone! In this video, we're taking you on a comprehensive journey from A-Z as we set up a lucrative short-term rental property. This particular project falls under property management, meaning we didn't have to invest in any furniture or labor – it's all on the landlord's dime. But, here's the kicker: the process is nearly identical to Airbnb arbitrage, and we're breaking it all down for you.

In this video, we'll walk you through each step of the process and, towards the end, provide a financial breakdown, so you can see the potential profit. It's an informative and exciting day!

Here are the day's events:

First, we picked up a U-Haul (15ft). Then, we headed to our storage unit. There, we received our furniture with design input from Wayfair's interior designers.

At our storage unit, we had all the furniture shipped directly. Then, we met up with two builders we hired through Craigslist (all set at $15 per hour) at the property to start setting up the furniture.

Unloading the furniture became a bit of a challenge, as we had to navigate through a small door. It turns out that the guys we were counting on for the storage unit didn't show up, which made it an interesting puzzle. Nevertheless, we got everything unboxed and were well on our way.

With that completed, we' hit up home goods for décor, plants, wall art, and throw pillows to enhance the property's aesthetics and boost the quality of our listing photos. Always remember, the photos are crucial when choosing décor items. They should add color and contrast to your property.

Moving on to day two, this is when we wrap up any remaining furniture building and tackle other handyman tasks like installing smart locks and mounting TVs. Our plan was slightly derailed due to a shortage of reliable labor, but we managed to assemble some furniture ourselves. A lesson learned for the future: ensure a reliable team.

Thanks for joining us on this journey from start to finish. If you have any questions about this process, feel free to visit our website at Airpreneur.com and book a chat with us. Stay tuned for more exciting content, and we'll catch you in the next one. Thanks for watching!
