Department of education employees were surprised to find that their emails had automatically been changed to blame Democrats for the shutdown. In addition to the email away messages, some government websites are displaying banners blaming the radical left for the shutdown. Many have pointed out that the partisan messaging is a violation of the Hatch Act. Trump, a convicted criminal, and his administration perpetually violate the law.
