Episode 1: Steak & Eggs Caramel Crunch Bar — seared steak, silky egg custard, peanut crunch, and a molten milk-chocolate shell.

Ingredients
🥩 Seared steak (cubed, small)
🥚 1 egg yolk (cooked into custard)
🍯 Caramel sauce (2 tbsp)
🥜 Crushed peanuts
🍫 Melted milk chocolate (for coating)
🧈 Butter
🌶️ Pinch smoked salt
(Optional for custard: 1 tbsp sugar + 1–2 tbsp cream + splash vanilla)

Method
1️⃣ Cook the meal: Sear steak until deeply caramelized; make a quick yolk custard (low heat until thick). Chop steak & chill custard.
2️⃣ Candy base: Bubble caramel with a small knob of butter; fold in chopped steak + peanuts. Press into a silicone bar mold.
3️⃣ Fusion layer: Spread the custard over the base. Freeze 15–20 min until firm.
4️⃣ Chocolate shell: Dip or pour over melted milk chocolate. Tap to smooth, finish with a whisper of smoked salt.
5️⃣ Set & reveal: Chill to set. Slice for the glossy cross-section (caramel steak layer + egg-custard layer + peanut crunch).

Food note: Cook steak thoroughly; heat custard to ~170°F/77°C (use pasteurized yolks if preferred).
