FBI Director Kash Patel recently stated that the Bureau will pursue alleged criminals linked to ANTIFA “wherever they may be” and that they “will not be able to hide,” asserting that the FBI is “exposing their corruption from within.” Patel connected this effort to federal initiatives such as Operation Summer Heat, saying the goal is to bring offenders to justice regardless of where they operate.

Patel claimed that in the past, some groups “were able to hide and conspire with previous administrations,” but that the Bureau is now committed to dismantling those networks and prosecuting those responsible. During his remarks, he emphasized that arrests will be made “in every city across the country” under Summer Heat and other FBI operations, and that there will be no immunity based on ideology or organization.

The director framed the effort as a defense of “law and order,” stating that the Constitution would “crush” criminal ambitions and that the American people deserve safety and justice. “We will go to every city in the country under Operation Summer Heat and other FBI operations to bring these criminals to justice. We will arrest every one of them, regardless of where they operate, whether privately or publicly, regardless of their goals or ambitions — they will be crushed by the Constitution because the American people deserve law and order,” Patel declared.

His remarks come at a time when the federal administration and senior officials have adopted a tougher stance against what they describe as violent threats from the left, amid a realignment of the FBI’s partnerships with civil organizations and institutions that have historically cooperated in extremism investigations.
