This here is my Brachioradialis curls with cables and a straight bar, aka "Reverse Curls."

72.5 KGS
1st set/Top set
Medium, which means my goal reps range including spots or, in this case, self-spots, is 10+ minimum.

The self spots are for increasing the total stimulus so that next time I do these, I will get a higher total of full reps before needing to spot myself or get a spot.

Also, aesthetic/bodybuilding wise - the Brach inserts on the side of the elbow of in which when hypertrophied will actually push the biceps up and make them appear larger, although this more so being considered a forearm exercise.

I prefer to use the straight bar even though it's kind of harsh on my wrists because the tension is crazier on the muscles.

It is one of my favorite exercises for biceps/forearms.
