Getting my medical records for the first 28 years of my life to prove malpractice and corruption

Me getting my medical records for the first 28 years of my life. The phone call recorded. I was talking to receptionist. This was during COVID illegal mandates in Canada. Im not sure if I had a stroke or heart attack my arms and legs were knumb for years issues started October 2019. It all start with a simple back of knock cyst removal. I believe I can prove that I was misdiagnosed for over 15 years with hypertension, cholesterol and migraines. I feel tons better now as I am on no medication. I slowly had to get off medication it was brutal but worth getting off.
