My viewers asked the following questions, which I'll answer in this video:
What are your thoughts about the way characters were portrayed in the Golden Age compared to the way they are portrayed now
On Matt's September 23 Tuesday livestream, the topic of facsimile comics came up, what is your opinion on facsimiles, and do you own any? Are there any particular comics you feel need a facsimile to be printed? Are there any comics you hope never get a facsimile printed?
As a Robert Crumb fan, I would be curious to see your Crumb collection...
have you ever been burned by buying a raw comic, particularly a Golden Age book where it was not what the seller claimed (was trimmed, mis-matched cover, incomplete, etc)?
On the topic of G.A. relative grades, do you feel the slabbing companies grade G.A. books on a curve?
i was looking at the comics behind you and see lotsa of 1.0 or 1.8 grades. if you find a better condition copy, do you upgrade yours or since you own the comics already, you just pass on it?
I'm doing my best to understand and replicate the deals that you get, especially for Golden Age books, but I feel like I'm missing something with some of the "steals" that you say you're getting.
What am I missing? Was this really a steal, or did you in fact get it at (or higher than) FMV? Please don't take this as me calling you out, I'm just trying to figure out if I'm doing something wrong because I'm constantly finding myself not getting the bargains on Heritage that I initially thought I got (though I do feel like I often come out in the end). If there's a trick to getting better deals on Heritage, I'm all ears.
Do you have a favorite background color on a cover that will draw you in more than other colors?
Could you show us ten golden age from your collection that aren't keys, horror or good girl? When you purchase a graded comic isn't it just owning a glorified trading card?
Lately, I have seen a message on Ebay for comics sold from out of the US stating, 'Due to US customs policies, the buyer of this item will need to pay import fees to the shipping carrier prior to delivery.' What effect do you think this will have on comicbook sellers outside of the US trying to sell their books to US collectors when that purchase means an added fee to the buyer?

Comment on this video and I'll answer your question next week and give your channel a shout out.
