500g minced meat
1 egg
1 onion
Fresh parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika powder
Some pepper
1/2 tsp ginger powder
A little cumin
Sriracha
1 tbsp tomato paste
3 tbsp breadcrumbs

For the sauce:
500ml sieved tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp basil
3 garlic cloves

Also:
Grated Gouda cheese

Oven: 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 35 minutes
