We have obtained the body cam footage via a F.O.I.A. request of his visit to the Bennington Sheriff's Department on July 19, 2025 where he tries to explain AGAIN the severity of his situation to the deputy.

His words appear to fall on deaf ears again, and this is important to show the public that there are very few options when help is needed. Why are not more people standing up? How many lives have been turned upside down in this (and ALL) town?

Why is exposing crimes flipped to make the whistleblower the criminal?

It was interesting to note that the thumb-drive was loaded with an non-shareable file, with no extension. HMMMMMMMM

Thank you Jeremy Amidon for your expertise in this matter. In the request, it was made was clear that this was to be shared on the GRWN for public awareness.

It was requested by numerous people that were aware of the BPD showing up within 10 minutes of leaving the Sheriff's office, which may or may not have been a coincidence. Speak up and you shall pay? This may have been the icing on the cake for Kevin Hoyt.

The comment about Officer Kerber has not been verified by Daniel Banyai, who has not had time to compare to his own video. He agreed to allow it aired as is.
