Welcome to 'Red October' (Part 2) .... Insurrection Act Incoming?

With LA somewhat in the rear view mirror, Chicago and Portland are now grasping center stage with their uprisings and rebellion against ICE and President Trump's objectives for regaining law and order. Various mayors, state governors, and judges are currently standing in opposition to the Trump administration and are openly encouraging the rioting and disorder, thus showing themselves along with their foot-soldiers, to be insurrectionists. This may come with a heavy price in the long-run.
