The Feast of Tabernacles: John 7 (Part 1)

Join Tom as he and the Bible study group go verse-by-verse through John 7:1–27, at the time of the Feast of Tabernacles. At first, His own brothers do not believe He is the Messiah, urging Him to go show Himself publicly at the feast. Instead, He holds back, knowing the Jewish leaders are already seeking to kill Him.

Midway through the feast, Yeshua appears openly and begins teaching. The crowd is divided — some are amazed at His wisdom, others accuse Him of deceiving the people, and the Pharisees question whether He speaks from God or from Himself. The question rises again: Is He truly the Messiah?

This passage reveals the growing tension between Yeshua and the religious leaders, the unbelief of His own family, and the confusion of the crowds — all leading to the critical question of His identity.
