Is President Trump Preparing To Invoke The Insurrection Act?

President Trump is getting serious with invoking the insurrection act. At a round table today President Trump labeled Antifa a foreign terrorist organization. With Portland and Chicago active right now, could he use the insurrection act to remove those in power in these cities and take over? Let me know what you think.
