Louisiana Republican Sen. John Kennedy exposed what he called the "absurd" spending priorities that were packed into the Democrats' latest budget demands, as the nation faces week two of the shutdown.

Kennedy argues that House Democrats, led by figures like ACO are holding the nation hostage over funding for a laundry list of overseas programs that prioritize ideological agendas including:

$4.2 million for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex advocacy in the Western Balkans and Uganda

$3.6 million for pastry cooking classes, cybercafes, and dance focus groups for male sex workers in Haiti

$833,000 for services supporting transgender people, sex workers, and their clients in Nepal

$300,000 for a pride parade in Lesotho

$3 million for circumcision, vasectomies, and condom distribution in Zambia

$500,000 for electric buses in Rwanda and

$6 million for Palestinian media outlets
