Breaking: Is the laser from the real murder weapon reflected in Frank Turek's phone? (Charlie Kirk)

0:22: If you watch the reflective surface of the phone held by the guy in the white cap and shirt (who seems to be Frank Turek), you should be able to see something which looks like a white dot suddenly appear on the upper part of that phone at 22 seconds into this enlarged and slowed-down part of a video uploaded to Twitter. The video is not of very good quality, since it is a copy of the original, but the white dot is still visible. Is this a guiding led or laser light of some kind, emitted form the phone gun we suspect that the tall guy behind the fence further away used to shoot Kirk? The shooter may have been trying to aim his phone gun correctly, as the other videos we have uploaded indicate, and as soon as the guiding laser was on Kirk, and not on Frank Turek, he fired.
