How so?

1. Release of lien filed over a year ago in September 2024 uncontested by New Rez. That's UCC 1-303.
Acquiesced by non response because they CAN'T.
They sold the loan. The forensic audit proved it and they've never disputed the EVIDENCE.

2. Original Lender sold loan to Fannie Mae Remic Trust as proven by comprehensive forensic audit (which no party has addressed despite affidavits submitted)

3. The loan is CURRENTLY under investigation by Federal Housing Finance Agency. @pulte

4. Newrez (plaintiff and scumbag loan servicer) submitted a note to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau that does NOT match the note in the complaint (which is fraudulently endorsed).

This is bank fraud.
