New Info: ERIC sends Voter Roll Data, minus SSNs, DLs & DOB, to CEIR -CannCon's Corner 10/4

I was trying to figure this out with a buzz, I think the way he's explaining it is confusing. There are 2 different things going on: the transfer of voter rolls to third parties, supposedly without identifying info; and channeling tax money through NGO's to massive Democrat consulting firms, as CannCon reported in the below article from 2021.
So those are two different things. CannCon says it's prob illegal because the individuals were contacted, "am I wrong on that?" I suspect he is, technically, because the outreach is done by the state governments. But the state gov and NGO's and contractors like ERIC are arms of the same beast, so in practical terms, this is a meaningless distinction.
The point of ERIC beyond centralizing the cheat, is getting around surveillance and FOIA law, and laws like this one, that say you cant give the rolls to someone who does outreach because technically, CEIR doesn't do outreach, the "member states" do that part themselves (who are totally captured by the funds Zuckerberg & David Becker sent through them).

It's absurd, as CannCon says, for the guy to say CEIR has no affiliation w_ERIC, but probably in some tricky legal meaning it's accurate. But it's all the same people working there, running the operations and so on, you can bet on that.
