Can you make a Manhattan with Cherry Tequila?

This episode we are making the "Lady Manhattan Cocktail" from Mezcal and Tequila cocktail book.

10 ml (1/3 oz) Maraschino Liqueur
20 ml (2/3 oz) Cynar
50 ml (1 2/3 oz) Cherry Infused Tequila

Cherry Infused Tequila:
1 cup cherries + 1 cup Tequila
