We are in East Tennessee and wells for water can be very interesting. Your neighbor may be getting great water from just a 200ft well. You may be only 2,000 ft away and drilled 800ft and got nothing but dust....

City water is available, but costs just keep rising, and we want to be more independent. And it was going to cost tens of thousands to get city water to the house site, because we are so far from the city water termination point so we decided to drill.... and drill and drilll
