REMEMBER. TAKE HEART! CHRIST HAS OVERCOME THE WORLD!

1 John 4:4 New King James Version
4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

AND IN CHRIST WE HAVE OVERCOME TOO! GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY DEAR FRIENDS!!!

You know every time I read the verses from this morning’s Scripture I’m not only challenged and motivated, but also encouraged. I think it's also safe to say that with everything that's taking place within the last month, that I’ve really needed John 16:33. That no matter the insanity going on in our world today, no matter the persecution, opposition, and hardship that we as believers in Christ go through, that in the end, God has overcome the world, and in Him we do too!

I think that's why I found these questions from this morning's devotional so challenging but also encouraging, and I had to share them with you today. Please check these questions out for yourself, and I pray that God will speak to your heart through them.

How do you respond to Biddy’s reaction when she heard the devastating news of the books burning?

How could you follow her example of trusting God?

Tonight, my friends, I feel very led of the Lord to share some things that I've learned from this morning’s verses of scripture, as well as many others, on this issue, through this blog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you encourages you to see that you are an overcomer in Christ too. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends, and not only learn this truth for yourself, but that you can claim this precious truth too! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to challenge you to just really think about these questions from this morning’s devotional and ask yourself this. How would you respond as Biddy did, when tragedy strikes you? How would you respond to the reality of opposition, persecution, and hardship, that comes your way because of your faith in Christ? I think of Erica Kirk right now, and how she's responding, and I'll be honest in saying I wish I had half her faith. I want to reach out to those who are suffering for the name of Jesus maybe not like in Muslim controlled countries where people are literally losing their lives for Christ, but maybe you're being passed over for a job promotion because of your faith, or somebody's dragging you to court because you refuse to compromise your faith in a particular area, and they want to label you as hateful. Just trust and know, that God has your back, God has already overcome it. It's like Amy Boucher Pye stated so very well, “We too can find encouragement and hope in Jesus’ promises that He has overcome the world. We know that He won’t leave us (14:18) and will give us peace (v. 27), no matter what we face.”
