Not sure 'Quantum', in this sense, means actual quantum computers as yet....unless they have been hiding the general roll-out and have managed to solve the stabilisation problem😊

Might mean a 'Quantum Leap' in comparison to the old fiat system which is rife with fraud, controlled by a 3rd party, the cabal, whose skimming off the top of transactions made the financial system much more expensive and a big earner for them, keeping us as their debt slaves....
