AM Session: Quick Chest and Front Delt Workout

Hey y'all! Back again for another AM session focusing on a dumbbell and cable workout for the chest and front delts.

We're going to start with a slight incline dumbbell press and move through different chest exercises to focus on different areas of the muscle. The exercises include flat bench dumbbell press and cable crossover. From there we will move on to cable front raises. Give this chest and front delt routine a shot and let me know what you think!
