“Lifting has way more benefits than just looks. For me, it was never about appearance—my back and shoulders stopped hurting, especially from the press and deadlift. I can move heavy things now without pain or strain—that’s real freedom. It even helps with blood sugar and overall health; muscle keeps your body resilient. And the Bible agrees with the concept of building strength—Proverbs 31:17 says, ‘She dresses herself with strength and makes her arms strong.’ God designed us to be active—just like most of the men and women throughout the Bible.”
