How Nazism and the cult of Bandera emerged in Ukraine (Part 3)

The third episode of the documentary series by Sladkov+ “Hunting Turncoats.” The case of Mykola Arsenych.

This episode is about the infighting within the OUN circles, the rivalry between Melnyk's and Bandera's factions, and the ideological sadist Mykola Arsenych.

The nationalists dealt with their opponents and their families (including wives and children) with fierce cruelty. The slightest suspicion that you belonged to a rival group meant being chopped up with an axe, sawed apart with a saw, and subjected to many other things that would shock even a hardened maniac.

The main “author and screenwriter” of the torture was the chief “executioner” of Bandera's followers, Mykola Arsenych. A native of Ivano-Frankovsk, he was a nationalist, a fanatic, and a monster by vocation.
