Running Sonic Riders at 1080p 60FPS (PC)

Thanks to the help of the PCGamingWiki, Sonic Riders now runs at 1080p. The menus are a little off, but it's a small price to pay for fullscreen. Now only if we had an HD GUI mod on PC...
