No New Xbox? New Rumor Claims Microsoft is Getting Out of Gaming!

Microsoft is seemingly exiting the console market according to a new rumor from a reliable source. SneakersSO posted on NeoGAF that in the very near future, the Xbox brand will be undergoing fundamental changes, chiefly another round of layoffs and potentially scrapping all plans for physical hardware.

The writing has been on the wall throughout 2025. Couple this with the catastrophic Game Pass price increase and you have a recipe for collapse for the Xbox in 2026!
