Subjects Discussed:
1 - It is not the outer world that upsets us, it is how we define the outer world that upsets us.
2 - If we are upset, the resolution is not 'out there', it is within your mind.
3 - The truth in us can never be upset, only our past programming can.
4 - Forgiveness deprograms us from the ego's world and mindset.
5 - The truth in you is love, so the only loving thoughts come from the truth in us.
6 - You belong aligned with the mind of God. This is your natural state of mind.
7 - It is our misperceptions of the present moment that upset us. But do not despair for you can undo what you have done.
8 - If you blame the outer world you give your power away to the outer world.
9 - If your response is a loving response you will have peace.
10 - Do what brings you peace and you will have peace.
11 - Only your past programs or your future imaginings obscure the present moment.
12 - Place your burdens in God's hands so that you can have peace.
13 - Practice trusting the Divine Design when feeling upset. The more you trust God the more peace your will experience.
14 - When seen through God's eyes, gratitude is the proper response to the present moment.
15 - Understanding "victim souls".
16 - Learning to give all your frustration before going to sleep to God so that you can wake up at peace.
17 - Learning to trust the Divine design in all things. What the ego uses to hurt the Holy Spirit uses to heal.
18 - Learning to forgive yourself and others so that we can become the light of the world that God created us to be.
19 - Learning to see the gift within the delusion/story.
20 - How can you learn to see yourself as God sees you.
21 - You apologize so you don't have to carry the burden of judgment.
22 - The lesson you want others to learn is also for you. They are an external picture of your internal condition and conditioning.
23 - Learning to teach others through example. Learning to teach gratitude by becoming more grateful.
24 - By changing your mind you change the world.
25 - Learning to thank God for the opportunity to serve others.
26 - Learn to use doubt as a trigger, not to fall deeper into the darkness, but to go to God and ask Him clarity.
27 - Ask God what to think, say and do, then do only that. This shows you that you are worthy of God's companionship.
