Bienvenidos amigos to another episode of MLD!!!

This is our very LAST DAY in TORONTO before heading out on an epic road trip throughout the USA to Mexico. As we approached this move of a lifetime, we were met with many challenges to overcome and finally, exhaustion is settling in (Emotionally, physically and mentally). Who said moving to Mexico would be smooth sailing.

We follow that up by discussing our 3 tips on staying motivated throughout the difficulty of saying goodbye to loved ones: Define your why, Imagine yourself not pursuing your goal and ask yourself what you want in the moment. We've had to go through the motions of these 3 motivators in the last few months.

We finish off by discussing our next steps as we prepare to leave and how we want this to benefit not only ourselves, but also our friends and family through new memories and experiences.
