You can use 1/4 tsp of FENNEL seeds after a meal to support and stimulate your digestive system.
Smoothie lovers - Do not mix Bananas and Milk as they are incompatible foods and both contain allergens that can manifest as bloating, indigestion, gas and other sensitivities.
