Connecticut police conducted a welfare check on a 22-year-old woman with "a long history of aggressive behavior.” While speaking with officers, Erica Verona darted towards her car, claiming she was going to charge her vape. Erica allegedly hit an officer in the forehead with her vape and threw the car in reverse, mowing down two of the cops on scene before fleeing.
