PM Session: Lower Body Workout With High Rep Squats
Hey y'all! It's time for leg day!
Let's start this workout with seated leg curls. This will help to warm up our legs and knees before we move into squats. We will do 1 high rep set of squats. Then we will move to Romanian Deadlifts (RDL) before performing leg extensions and sissy squats. If we perform the RDL after leg extensions and sissy squats, our quads will be tired and lead to some coordination issues. We don't want that!
