Democrats released the South Hill Rapist even though he never participated in treatment

Democrats released Kevin Coe, the South Hill Rapist, this week. Coe was incarcerated at McNeil Island, a prison for level 3 sex offenders, rated the worst of the worst.

He never participated in treatment or rehabilitation but Washington Democrats let him go anyway
