Why is it that so many people who are gluten free can eat flour in Europe.

Thats because they haven’t destroyed it with folic acid and potassium bromate.

A large proportion of the population, especially those with the MTHFR gene mutation can’t metabolise folic acid and experience fatigue, anxiety, hyperactivity and inflammation.

Already the USA, UK and Australia mandate folic acid in bread making flour.

But the UK will now be the first country to mandate it in organic flour.
