✅ White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies — Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
4 tbsp freshly grated orange zest
2 tbsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1½ cups dried cranberries, chopped
1½ cups white chocolate chips
1½ cups macadamia nuts, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream butter and sugars until smooth. Add zest, vanilla, and eggs.
Mix dry ingredients, then combine with wet. Stir in cranberries, white chocolate, and nuts.
Drop by spoonfuls and bake 12–15 minutes, until golden.
Cool and enjoy!
✅ Cranberry Martini — Ingredients:
3 oz vodka
1 oz orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
1.5 oz simple syrup
3 oz cranberry juice
6–7 ice cubes
Sugared cranberries (optional garnish)
Instructions:
Fill a shaker with ice. Add vodka, orange liqueur, simple syrup, and cranberry juice.
Shake for 20–30 seconds until cold and frosty.
Pour into sugar-rimmed martini glasses. Garnish with sugared cranberries or orange.
