How to Prepare Your Dumbbells for the Dumbbell Chest
✅Press When using heavy weights, avoid swinging the dumbbells onto your thighs while seated. This can drain your energy and increase the risk of injury. Instead, sit down with control and rest the dumbbells on your lower thighs while standing.
❌ As you lie back to get into position for the dumbbell chest press, don’t rely solely on your arms. Additionally, doing this can deplete your energy and raise your risk of injury.
To ensure a setup that is both safer and more effective, use your knees to assist in moving the dumbbells into the appropriate position.
