Across the country, people have been recording strange ice cream trucks roaming quiet streets long after dark, engines humming, music still playing, sometimes stopping in places where no one should be awake. A few of these sightings come from areas with unsettling patterns of missing person reports. Coincidence… or something more?

My guess is in deprived areas, especially with single mums, children may sneak out to get a "free ice cream", or indeed women. If the "customer" is not their target they can give a free ice cream or they can say they have run out. Women and Children perhaps are given "spiked" ice cream, but if they are wearing Hazmat suits then it may well be Fentanyl. Victims who get the free ice cream are likely to taste it within seconds and my guess is there's a second car parked nearby who may follow the child or woman and then kidnap them. This is seriously worrying, Fentanyl works extremely quickly.
