It's refreshing to hear someone with a bigger platform speaking about the insanity that plagues the rest of us. He's relatable. I have been listening to him the past few days and I wanted to write him off as just another soft pitch celeb balancing the Thesis-Antithesis scale as we tumble headlong into synthesis in more ways than one. But I couldn't. I reached out to him. I'd like to have him on. I don't make anything, so I can't pay for guests. Any of you want to pull strings, let's get Jim on and me on with him. He falls into the programming trap of "Nazi-Bad" category of people, but we were all there once. Plus he doesn't beat it to death. I think it is just a simple adjustment to get most people's heads right. Give them the word "Cheka" and I bet they would use "gestapo" less. Give them a Cliff note rundown of the Bolshevik atrocities and their nearly 90% J composition, and they probably wouldn't lazily default to "Nazi" every time they wanted to compare a government to something wickedly evil in the recent past. Especially when it's the same people than and now.
